Looks like the hydraulic tank is around 25 to 30gal.
110 volt electric over hydraulic pump setup with single spool hydraulic valve.
Good for testing dump trucks and trailers, trash refuse trucks, tow trucks, farm equipment, etc.
Looks home made design.
