Job Title: HVAC Comfort Advisor Principal Duties and Responsibilities Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs.
Develop and Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct local Door to Door Sales.
Conduct Market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program.
Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company.
Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales.
Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices, and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our contract.
Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our contract customers and as a fellow member of the contracts team.
Company provided vehicle and gas card will be provided.
Monthly vehicle inspections.

Job Specifications (incl.
Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.
) High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2+ years in residential HVAC sales required.
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating Mechanical aptitude is preferred.
Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
Reliable and self-motivated Strong verbal and listening skills, along with friendly telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
Problem-solve independently and with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work after hours, over weekends.
