Smileland Dental is seeking an experienced Social Media / Public Relations to work in our Company.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the art, creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
* Help with the creation of social media reports and analyze data to improve performance
* Generate and produce ideas quickly and on a consistence basis
* Research industry-related engaging topics, current social media trends, and key SEO terms
* Collaborate with team members to ensure that social media content aligns with overall marketing goals
* Record and Reply to Social Media Reviews
* Call our Patients to follow up on Social Media Reviews
* Provide recommendations / suggestions on how to improve our Offices
Qualifications and Skills
* Adept with all social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram
* Ability to multitask; meet deadlines and is eager to grow with the company
* Video editing experience, using relevant trends, sounds, captions, etc.
to create engaging content
* Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
* Confident, Efficient and collaborative
* Must have a driver’s license and ability to get to job sites
* Great Customer Skills
* Bilingual is a great plus!
Job Type: Full-time
