Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and inspire a team of Account Executives.
As an RSM, you will play a pivotal role in achieving balanced growth across all strategic product categories.

Accurately forecast and manage revenue streams and expenses for your region, applying financial management principles to make fiscally sound decisions.
Work closely with sales management team and sales enablement to develop and share out best practices across the entire sales force.
Foster a collaborative team selling environment, differentiating our organization in the market and delivering value to customers.
Provide customer insight and competitive intelligence to marketing and product development teams, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Qualifications Possess a minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership and management experience, demonstrating your ability to drive results through effective leadership.
Have a bachelor's degree in education, business, sales, marketing, or equivalent work experience, showcasing your expertise and commitment to excellence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, to effectively analyze and present data.
Experienced in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or NetSuite, enabling you to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and enhance decision-making.
Ability to translate high-level sales goals into regional strategies and tactics, empowering you to drive focused action and achieve objectives.
Skilled in motivating and mentoring direct reports, fostering their growth and enabling them to meet sales objectives.
Capable of developing consolidated sales budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Proficient in building networks, including leveraging social media, to expand your reach and influence.
Hold an acceptable driving record, valid driver's license, and automobile, enabling travel to fulfill the role's requirements.
Travel Requirements: Be prepared for overnight travel of 60% or more of the time.
