Ryan Dobbs Realty, a leading real estate team in California, is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Salaried Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in providing seamless service to our clients, handling all aspects of the real estate transaction process post-listing contract.

*Responsibilities:*
* Take ownership of real estate listings once a listing contract is signed, acting as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the transaction process.
* Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, other real estate agents, and potential buyers to ensure a smooth transaction.
* Install lockboxes and signage at properties, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
* Conduct open houses and private showings, providing comprehensive and knowledgeable information to prospective buyers.
* Manage all administrative tasks associated with the transaction, including but not limited to scheduling inspections, appraisals, and repairs, as well as ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.
* Attend all required appointments, including inspections, appraisals, and closings, representing the company and our clients professionally at all times.
* Utilize the company's CRM and technology platforms to track and report on transaction progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Collaborate with listing agents and support staff to ensure all client needs are met and to facilitate the successful closing of escrow.
*Requirements:*
* Active California Real Estate License.
* Proven experience in real estate or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process from listing to closing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to attend appointments, open houses, and showings outside of traditional business hours, including weekends.
* Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
* Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within Kern, Tulare, and Fresno Counties.
