*Job Responsibilities*
_As a Program Coach, you will:_
* _Be a great communicator and work closely with your Program Director and fellow coaches_
* _Assist with program planning and implementation_
* _Help setup equipment and prepare participant giveaways_
* _Lead instruction with a group of participants throughout the entirety of the program_
_As a Program Director, you will also:_
* _Lead program planning and implementation efforts using Skyhawks curriculum_
* _Both transport and prepare equipment and participant giveaways with the help of staff_
* _Head up the sign-in and parent welcome procedure along with implementing safety protocols_
* _Lead your own participant group while managing program quality and coach development_
* _Be a “Free Director” at larger programs roaming and supporting all participant groups_
* _Manage roster and turn in completed, accurate roster paperwork at the end of each program_
* _Be one of our leaders in the field who sets the tone for all coaches_
_All staff are expected to commit to the full duration of assigned programs:_
* _*Summer Camp Season*_ _- You are assigned to one or more camp formats per week that typically take place Monday through Friday 9am-12pm, 1-4pm or 9am-3pm_
* _*Winter/Spring/Fall Seasons*_ _- You will be assigned to multiple classes that take place during afternoons, evenings and weekends typically once per week over four to eight weeks_
*Qualifications*
* _A high-energy, enthusiastic demeanor_
* _Multi-sport background preferred_
* _Flexible and adaptable_
* _Responsible and committed to following through on assignments_
* _Some experience working with kids (not required)_
* _Some experience coaching youth sports (not required)_
* _Some supervisory experience (not required)_
* _Desire to build experience developing youth and/or teaching sports_
* _A passion for and interest in developing leadership skills_
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $18.
00 per hour
