Lead Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool students - Create engaging lesson plans and educational activities - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children - Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to parents - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions - Ensure the well-being and welfare of all children in the classroom - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development Qualifications: 12ECE Units Must be able to pass background check and clearance - Previous experience working with preschool-aged students - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Strong behavior management skills - Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and administrators - Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development - Experience in tutoring or providing individualized instruction is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
