Duties - Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain and update vendor records in the accounting system - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries - Assist with other accounting tasks as needed ```Qualifications``` - 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related role *- *Familiarity with payroll systems such as *Quickbooks Online* -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles - Proficient in data entry and general ledger reconciliation - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work - Strong organizational and time management skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.
