Looking for a someone to share 3 br 2 ba garage full basement bathroom is shared available 1 room for 550$ or basement for $750 all utilities and wifi included room can be furnished will need 500$ security deposit and 1st month rent will also draw up a sub-lease agreement house is furnished and can furnish room if needed I am in my late 30s Black (m) and currently have 2 late 30s white female roommates just don't disturb our peace house is peaceful at the moment and works well just have extra space wanting to rent out.
We are friendly open minded no bias this is a smoking household and also have 2 friendly pets dogs that are also quiet and none intrusive and clean.
I am looking for a preferably a female would consider the right male no more than 1 kid and no couples sorry would consider the right type of pet with a fee 1 room available now No alcoholics though we do drink occasionally and no hard drugs tho we or strictly 420 friendly.
