I'm looking for someone that can pay rent on time, clean up after themselves as well as respect someones property or better.
Roommate must be ok with living with kids.
I am divorced and have my son 100% of the time.
The house is extremely clean and like to keep it that way when I'm not running after my son, LOL.
Must be able to share bathroom with other roommate.
No couples, kids or sharing a room.
Must be employed or students welcomed.
